The actress flashed maximum amounts of flesh as she stepped out in the tiny denim cut-offs teamed with a floral crop top as she headed to a friend's house in Los Angeles on Monday.
Miley's midriff baring style showed off her petite frame and she added a touch of grunge with some clumpy lace-up boots.
Last week Miley was seen posing on the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine as she confessed sometimes she can't believe just how hot her fiance Liam Hemsworth is.
She said: "I'll literally look at him and be like, 'You are hot, dear God!' The other day, I turned on the pool heater and it was steaming, and he walked outside and took off his clothes and jumped in the pool.
"I was like, 'I'm gonna faint — the hottest guy of my life is in a steaming pool. This looks like a Playgirl shoot'."
