SARATOGA SPRINGS — Union Hall Supply Co., a men's clothing store created by local entrepreneur Heidi West, will open on Thursday at 437 Broadway in Saratoga Springs. West also operates two women's clothing stores, Lifestyles and Caroline & Main. Like those stores, Union Hall Supply is located at the corner of Caroline and Broadway. West's stores now occupy three of the four corners. A grand opening event is planned for early August.
